I’m clearing the mind, turning the volume down on the busy brain. 
It’s a moving meditation, soft, gentle and encourages clear thinking…slowing down, reducing stress, clears the mind, connects us to the body…
This movement will stretch the fascia just the right way, wring out toxins from the organs, and open up the energetic meridians for healing – essentially making us feeling AMAZING! ✨
We don’t need to be perfect in the form…. 
But what’s the most important aspect?
Our mental connection to the motion of the forms. 
That’s the magic that melts away the outside world!

It’s also important to embark on physical endeavours that resonate with your soul. Whether it’s gardening, taking long walks, practicing yoga, or simply sitting by a river, find ways to root yourself in the natural world. The more you immerse yourself, the clearer your intentions become, and the more potent your manifestations. 
It’s important to connect with your own true desires and path, not what you believe others want you to do. This confidence and independence of thought is key to manifest exactly what you desire.

Balancing poses command our presence. They make us Balancing poses command our presence. They make us come to centre and let go of everything else but the present moment. You don’t need to “have good balance” to do these poses. We are all born with a natural sense of balance. All you need is to quiet your mind, focus, and relax. The more you struggle, the more tension you create in your mind and your muscle and the harder it is. The more you relax into these poses, the more things settle in. From there you intuitively create neutral alignment and discover your own weightlessness. You discover that you can stand calm in the eye of any storm.

I have a tendency to play things safe, and lately I have a tendency to play things safe, and lately I  have been falling into this pattern. While this has kept me comfortable, it has not progressed me at all. Now is the time to take a leap and take a chance, step forward even if it's into the unknown.  Things have been holding me back but I’m feeling an undeniable push to broaden my perspectives and embrace the unfamiliar.
Are you also feeling the urge to step out of your comfort zone?
Reflect upon any beliefs or narratives that have constrained your potential. Perhaps they are outdated tales from your past or fears that no longer have a place in your journey. Recognise them, and with the courage, let them go, making space for the new and enlightening experiences to come.

All it takes is three deep breaths to check in wit All it takes is three deep breaths to check in with your body or your symptoms you are experiencing. Our body is always giving us information 24-7!!! So it’s our responsibility to help the body clear. This is why I am obsessed with breathwork because it’s one of the fastest ways to clear energy in the body and you can do it on your own…for free!!!
Let’s do it together!
Close your eyes and take three deep breath’s…
If you want take about 30 seconds of deeper breathing to connect to the body.
When you can feel your body fully notice the sensations in the body. Perhaps there is tension or tightness or pain, just let go of those labels and just simply feel without labels all that you are experiencing is sensation.
Relax your body from head to toe.
Repeat when needed
