It's just that our world has the path to inner peace a little backwards! We are suffering from a worldwide misunderstanding that we must wait for outside circumstances to be a certain way in order for us to feel peaceful inside. But even though peace might feel elusive right now, the hopeful news is that there is relief: lasting peace is not only possible, but within you right now.

Take Your Power Back and Find Peace

In this, Discover Your Freedom, Joy and Peace, 1 Day Retreat you'll learn how to tap into the innate gifts that are available to you right now inside your mind and heart. You'll have extensive support and guidance from transformational yoga teachers Linda Newman and Dylan Frusher, who will teach you the universal principles of peace along with techniques that you can use to transform your life and set a new course for your future. You'll receive traditional asana practices that progress to a calm mind within, deep, transformative insights as you begin to recognise how to get the most out of your inner world and take your power back. You'll meditate and journal to have an intimate look at what you want and how to get there.

Linda and Dylan will take you by the hand and show you that the access point of what you've always wanted lives inside of you, not somewhere out in the world. It's an inspiring new way of looking at life, and you'll have expert guides to take you there.

What is included in this retreat:

  • 2 x Asana practices. Dharma Open am, Vinyasa Krama (slow mindful practice, with mantra) pm
  • Teaching that explain what peace really is and how to find it.
  • Insight about the incredible gift of inner wisdom that you have inside of you right now and how to access it to transform your life.
  • How to release unnecessary anxiety as you find safety and beauty in the unknown.
  • Tips on how to access the present moment in order to experience more peace.
  • Guidance on how to tap into the magic of your internal guidance system that will bring you back home to peace when your thoughts have led you astray.
  • A healing prayer meditation to tap into the abundance of universal clarity when you feel lost and are unsure how to come back to peace.
  • Brunch - lentil dhal, naan bread, fruit, chai tea or cuppa of choice
  • Afternoon tea, scone or GF cake and cuppa
  • Lots of nurturing, and most certainly fun
